Delivery is available within Hong Kong SAR and will be arranged within 2 to 7 days after order confirmation.
The customer is entitled to free delivery service on purchase of HK$1,500 or above.
Delivery applies to a single location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon area & New Territories.

• Tung Chung, Airport, Park Island, Discovery Bay & other outlying islands. Exact charges to be quote according to location

• HK$200 for orders under free delivery required amount

• HK$200 for re-delivery arrangement

While all goods will be delivered to the best of our ability, we are not liable for any unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customers.

We accept no responsibility for any claims from customers regarding quantity or quality for goods that are not being collected after the agreed pickup / scheduled delivery date.

Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of order. The order will be voided automatically if payment is not received in 3 days.

Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.

Customers are advised to inspect all goods carefully after collection/delivery immediately. If there is any missing or a bottle of wine is considered to be faulty, please notify us immediately and it should be returned at once for our examination with a copy of the original invoice or delivery note within 3 days from the date of collection.
You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfactory after 3 days from the date of collection, and thereafter will not be entitled to the exchange of goods for any reason. Return and exchange of goods will not be accepted for a single bottle priced over HK$800 or vintage of 10 years and older.
